At KG, we are committed to providing safe and healthy working, safe systems of work and management practices that ensure occupational safety and health standards and procedures are maintained at the highest possible level and become an integral part of the overall management of our projects.
We actively promote a strong safety culture, through regular training and communication and walking the talk, and we encourage an open and consultative environment in which all employees and subcontractors can feel empowered to contribute to and improve our safety performance.

Our quality management systems incorporate a large library of resources including procedures, checklists, measurement/audit tools, and reporting systems to ensure that all projects are executed using consistent standards, philosophies, and methodologies.

KG understands that the environment is a critical consideration in all our work practices and projects. We recognize that our business only be sustained if we meet environmental obligations and that protecting the environment is simply the right thing to do.
We participate in environmentally sustainable practices, including conservation of resources, waste reduction, emission control, protection of ecosystems and energy efficiency. We on best practice knowledge to develop environmental procedures.
We work closely with our clients to ensure we fully understand the environmental obligations associated with a site or project. Our strong performance in this area is a testament to our ability to conform to these obligations.
